(ladleful) Turkey chorizo gravy

¼ cup(s)

Cooked and crumbled hot (temperature) turkey chorizo

2 ea.

Eggs scrambled with onions and peppers

¼ cup(s)

Fresh salsa

2 tbsp.

Queso fresco, crumbled

1 sprig(s)

Fresh cilantro


  1. 1. Place the biscuit halves on a warm plate side by side. Top with the turkey chorizo gravy. Top the gravy with the crumbled chorizo.
  2. 2. Arrange the scrambled eggs on the plate with the biscuits and gravy. Top the scrambled eggs with salsa. Sprinkle with the crumbled queso fresco, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  3. 3. Serve.
