  1. 1. Char-grill the four Turkey Franks links to a golden brown.
  2. 2. Spread the mustard on both sides of the insides of the hot dog buns (2 tbsp. per sandwich).
  3. 3. Place the char-grilled Turkey Franks into the bun and top with warm sauerkraut.
