  1. 1. Blend mango, habanero, honey, lime juice, and salt until smooth.

Directions

    Heat and glaze the turkey

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. 2. Place turkey in a baking dish and warm until heated through.
  3. 3. Brush generously with mango glaze and return to oven briefly to set.

    Make the slaw

  1. 1. Toss jicama, carrots, cucumber and cabbage with lime juice, olive oil, and salt.
  2. 2. Set aside.
  3. Make the charred corn salsa

  4. 1. Use a torch to char the corn lightly.
  5. 2. Mix charred corn with black beans, lime juice, chili flakes, cumin, and salt.

  1. 1. Blend tomatillos, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, and salt until smooth.
  2. Serve

  4. 2. Serve with jicama cabbage slaw, black bean & charred corn salsa and salsa verde.
