Directions
- 1. Season turkey patties with salt and pepper.
- 2. Pan-sear over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 5–6 minutes per side.
- 3. Add pepperjack cheese on top during the last minute to melt.

Directions
- 1. In a small pot, combine IPA, water, mustard seeds, sugar, and salt.
- 2. Bring to a simmer, then pour over sliced cucumbers.
- 3. Let cool (at least 30 minutes).
