    Make the katsu sauce

  1. 1. Mix ketchup, Worcestershire, soy sauce, and sugar.

    Make the slaw

    Fry

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Fry patties until golden and cooked through, about 4–5 minutes per side.

  6. 2. Top with crispy turkey patty.
