Big Blue Turkey Burger

Big Blue Turkey Burger

Buttered brioche bun, toasted to order

2 tbsp.


¼ cup(s)

Shredded lettuce

1 ½ oz.

Balsamic pickled red onions

1 ea.

Turkey burger, cooked to order

1 oz.

Blue cheese

1 ½ strip(s)

Honey pepper bacon


  1. 1. Toast the bun to order. Grill the seasoned burger to 165°F.
  2. 2. While on the grill, top the cooked burger with blue cheese. Cover with a lid to allow the cheese to melt, or place the burger and cheese underneath the salamander to melt the cheese.
  3. 3. Spread 1 Tbsp. Dijonnaise on the bottom portion of the toasted bun and top with shredded lettuce. Place pickled onions on top of lettuce.
  4. 4. Place the burger with melted blue cheese on the pickled onions.
  5. 5. Top the burger with 1 ½ slices of honey pepper bacon.
  6. 6. Spread 1 Tbsp. Dijonnaise on the top bun (crown) and place over the burger.
  7. 7. Serve.
