Preparation & Cooking Instructions

Place fully cooked turkey burgers on ungreased hotel pan. Shingling is okay, do not stack. Add enough water or broth to burgers (1/4") to keep moist during baking. Cover with foil. Frozen: bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35-60 minutes, steamer 10-12 minutes, or until burgers reach 165 degrees. Thawed: bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, steamer 8-10 minutes, or until burgers reach 165 degrees. Do not over cook.
