||Grilled turkey filet
||Whole wheat artisanal bread with seeds
||Whole cranberry sauce
||Bibb lettuce/fresh greens
- Toast the bread then spread each toasted side with 1 1/2 tbsp. of mayonnaise per side.
- Over the mayonnaise, spread 2 tbsp. of cranberry sauce over the bottom slice and top with the Bibb lettuce or fresh greens.
- Place the grilled turkey filet over the cranberry sauce and greens.
- Place stuffing on top.
- Top with another slice of bread over the filet and stuffing.
