  1. Thaw turkey in the cooler two days before use.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Prepare the workstation by cleaning and sanitizing all areas.
  4. Gather all ingredients for preparation.
  5. Melt butter. Brush melted butter on sheet pans.
  6. Arrange bread slices in 3x5 rows on sheet pans.
  7. Place two slices of cheese on each slice of bread.
  8. Place four slices of turkey on top of cheese, followed by one ounce of Kimchi.
  9. Place two slices of cheese on top of Kimchi, cover with slice of bread to complete sandwich. Brush melted butter on top of the assembled sandwiches.
  10. Bake in oven until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
