  1. Cook Turkey Thigh Roast per package instructions.
  2. Remove Turkey Thigh Roast from oven, break up into bite size portions, cover, and place in a hot holding cabinet.
  3. Place Hamburger Buns in hot holding cabinet for 10 minutes prior to assembly.
  4. To assemble sandwiches:

  1. Place warm Hamburger Buns on a clean prep table.
  2. Place 1/2 TBS of mustard on the top of each bun, followed by 4 pickle, & 1 slice of Swiss Cheese.
  3. Place 2 oz. of Turkey Ham on the bottom bun.
  4. Place 2 oz. of Turkey Thigh Roast on top of Turkey Ham.
  5. Close the sandwich and wrap in foil or deli wrap.
  6. Place in hotel pans in hot holding cabinet for service.
