  1. Apple & Cranberry Turkey Salad Wrap Preparation
  2. Thaw turkey medallions under refrigeration for 2 days in advance.
  3. In a large bowl, combine apples, cranberries, celery, turkey and walnuts.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper
  5. Pour the dressing over the turkey mixture and toss to combine.
  6. Assembly
  7. Scoop 1 cup of salad onto the center of a whole grain wrap (2 oz eq). Fold the bottom of the wrap over the filling and fold in the sides. Roll up the rest of the wrap to enclose.
  8. Slice the wrap in half.
  9. Serving: Arrange the wrap on a tray, plate or boat. Hold in a cooler at 40° Fahrenheit or below until service.
