Turkey & Mozzarella Genovese


3 oz. Butterball® Oil Browned Turkey (sliced 1/8" thick)
2 slices Rustic organic seeded wheat bread
3 Tbsp. Pesto Genovese (basil)
6 slices Fresh mozzarella (¼" thick)
6 slices Roma tomatoes (sliced widthwise ¼" thick)
6 leaves Fresh basil (large)
1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil


  1. Spread 1 ½ Tbsp. of pesto over each slice of bread.
  2. Place 3 slices of fresh mozzarella over each slice of bread with pesto.
  3. Place 3 slices of Roma tomato over the mozzarella for each sandwich.
  4. Place 3 large basil leaves over the tomatoes.
  5. Fluff ¾ oz. of Butterball Oil Browned Turkey and place over the basil leaves of each sandwich.
  6. Drizzle ½ Tbsp. olive oil over each sandwich.
  7. Serve.
