5 oz. Sliced Roasted Turkey
4 oz. Turkey jus
1 ea. Sliced French bread
1 ½ oz. Provolone cheese, sliced
2 oz. Caramelized onions
1 oz. Honey Horseradish Sauce with Cajun Mustard


  1. Heat the sliced roasted turkey in hot jus.
  2. Place the hot turkey into the sliced French bread.
  3. Top the hot turkey with provolone.
  4. Top with caramelized onions.
  5. Top with the Honey Horseradish Sauce with Cajun Mustard.
  6. Serve with hot jus.
