Seasoned chili beans, hot
10-inch flour tortillas, warm
Heat butter in a large sauté pan and add the diced crisp turkey bacon. Sauté for 30 seconds.
Break the eggs into a stainless steel bowl and mix with a fork. Lower the heat and add the beaten eggs. Scramble with the bacon.
Assemble the burritos:
- Evenly portion chili beans across the center of warm tortillas
- Add scrambled eggs and bacon
- Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese
- Add diced avocados
- Add cilantro leaves
Fold the burrito and cut on the bias. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
