Butterball Turkey Bacon Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients

3 tbsp. Butter
24 slices Crisp Turkey Bacon, diced
16 ea. Large eggs
2 cups Seasoned chili beans, hot
8 ea. 10-inch flour tortillas, warm
1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 ea. Avocado, diced
1 cup Cilantro leaves

Served on side:

2 cups Salsa or pico de gallo
1 cup Sour cream

Directions

  1. Heat butter in a large sauté pan and add the diced crisp turkey bacon. Sauté for 30 seconds.
  2. Break the eggs into a stainless steel bowl and mix with a fork. Lower the heat and add the beaten eggs. Scramble with the bacon.
  3. Assemble the burritos:
    • Evenly portion chili beans across the center of warm tortillas
    • Add scrambled eggs and bacon
    • Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese
    • Add diced avocados
    • Add cilantro leaves
  4. Fold the burrito and cut on the bias. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
