Directions

  1. 1. Heat butter in a large sauté pan and add the diced crisp turkey bacon. Sauté for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Break the eggs into a stainless steel bowl and mix with a fork. Lower the heat and add the beaten eggs. Scramble with the bacon.
  3. 3. Fold the burrito and cut on the bias. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
    • • Evenly portion chili beans across the center of warm tortillas
    • • Add scrambled eggs and bacon
    • • Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese
    • • Add diced avocados
    • • Add cilantro leaves
