Turkey Avocado Open-Faced Sandwich


2 slices Fresh artisan pumpernickel
2/3 cup Guacamole
5 oz. All Natural Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
2 tbsp. Radishes, julienned
1 tbsp. Fresh cilantro, chopped


2 tbsp. Goat cheese, crumbled


  1. Evenly spread 1/3 cup guacamole over each slice of bread.
  2. Arrange 2 ½ oz. of sliced turkey over the guacamole on each slice.
  3. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. of julienned radishes over each sandwich.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp. of chopped cilantro over each sandwich.
  5. If desired, sprinkle 1 tbsp. of crumbled goat cheese over each sandwich.
  6. Plate and serve.
