Kimchi Turkey Burger


1 ea. Turkey burger made with Coarse Ground Turkey*
2 tbsp. Sweet soy sauce
1 ea. Chinese steamed bun or grilled and buttered brioche
1 1/2 tbsp. Sweet Chili Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Kimchi
*Also try All Natural Turkey Thigh Burger


  1. Grill the turkey burger. While grilling, baste with sweet soy sauce. Cook to 165ºF internal temperature.
  2. Spread the Sweet Chili Mayonnaise on the bottom portion of the bun.
  3. Place the cooked turkey burger atop the Sweet Chili Mayonnaise.
  4. Top the burger with kimchi.
  5. Place the crown of the bun over the kimchi.
  6. Serve.
