According to Technomic, “natural” is currently the top clean keyword mentioned on restaurant menus. Fifty-seven percent of millennial chefs consider “all natural” to be an important factor when purchasing protein. This increasingly influential demographic also values “all natural” more than other claims like “preservative free,” “GMO free” and “farm raised.”
