To prepare the sandwich:

1. Thaw the turkey burgers in the refrigerator the night before.

2. Preheat an oven to 350°F.

3. In a 4" half steam table pan or a large bowl, whisk together the tomato sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, granulated garlic and dehydrated onions. Whisk until the tomato paste dissolves into the mixture and the seasonings are well incorporated.

4. Place the turkey burgers on full sheet pans. Top each patty with 2 tbsp. (#30 scoop) of the marinara sauce. Top each patty with 4 pepperoni slices and sprinkle with ½ oz. of mozzarella cheese. Bake the turkey burgers in the oven for 20–25 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

5. Place each pizza patty in each sandwich thin. Serve.
