Tzatziki Sauce


4 oz. English cucumber, peeled, seeded, 1/4" dice
16 oz. Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. Garlic, minced
2 tbsp. Fresh mint, finely chopped
1 lemon Lemon zest
3 tbsp. Lemon juice
1 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. Red wine vinegar
2 tsp. Kosher salt


  1. Place diced cucumber into a towel and squeeze dry. Discard the water.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and blend well.
  3. Place into a container with a lid and refrigerate.
