Turkey Spinach Artichoke Dip


1 1/4 cups Fresh spinach, chopped & drained (no heavy stems)
2 tbsp. Butter
3 tbsp. Olive oil
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup Onions, diced
1 cup Artichoke hearts, chopped & drained
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
1 tbsp. Hot sauce
1/2 tsp. Black pepper
1/2 tsp. Sea salt
16 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
1/3 cup Sour cream
1 cup Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup Diced Turkey Medallions
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Tortilla chips for dipping


  1. Sauté the onions and garlic until soft in butter and olive oil, then cool to room temperature.
  2. Blend in all the remaining ingredients except the Cheddar cheese and tortilla chips.
  3. Spray a 9" x 9" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Pour mixture into baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake at 325ºF for 20–30 minutes. Dip will be golden brown on top and 165ºF on the inside.
  7. Serve with chips.
