Turkey Spinach Artichoke Dip

Fresh spinach, chopped & drained (no heavy stems) |

Garlic, minced |

Onions, diced |
1 cup |
Artichoke hearts, chopped & drained |

Lemon juice |

Black pepper |
1/2 tsp. |
Sea salt |
16 oz. |
Cream cheese, softened |
1 cup |
Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing |
1/3 cup |
Sour cream |
1 cup |
Jack cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup |
Parmesan cheese, grated |
1 cup |
Diced Turkey Medallions |
1 cup |
Cheddar cheese, shredded |

Tortilla chips for dipping |
Directions
- Sauté the onions and garlic until soft in butter and olive oil, then cool to room temperature.
- Blend in all the remaining ingredients except the Cheddar cheese and tortilla chips.
- Spray a 9" x 9" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour mixture into baking dish.
- Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 325ºF for 20–30 minutes. Dip will be golden brown on top and 165ºF on the inside.
- Serve with chips.
