Turkey Chorizo Gravy Over Biscuits


1 ea. Fresh-baked biscuit (split in half)
6 oz. ladleful Turkey chorizo gravy
1/4 cup Cooked and crumbled hot (temperature) turkey chorizo
2 ea. Eggs scrambled with onions and peppers
1/4 cup Fresh salsa
2 tbsp. Queso fresco, crumbled
1 sprig Fresh cilantro


  1. Place the biscuit halves on a warm plate side by side. Top with the turkey chorizo gravy. Top the gravy with the crumbled chorizo.
  2. Arrange the scrambled eggs on the plate with the biscuits and gravy. Top the scrambled eggs with salsa. Sprinkle with the crumbled queso fresco, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  3. Serve.
