Turkey Chorizo Gravy Over Biscuits
||Fresh-baked biscuit (split in half)
|6 oz. ladleful
||Turkey chorizo gravy
||Cooked and crumbled hot (temperature) turkey chorizo
||Eggs scrambled with onions and peppers
||Queso fresco, crumbled
- Place the biscuit halves on a warm plate side by side. Top with the turkey chorizo gravy. Top the gravy with the crumbled chorizo.
- Arrange the scrambled eggs on the plate with the biscuits and gravy. Top the scrambled eggs with salsa. Sprinkle with the crumbled queso fresco, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
