Turkey Avocado Open-Faced Sandwich

Ingredients

 

TURKEY AVOCADO OPEN-FACED SANDWICH

⅔ cup

Guacamole

2 slices

Fresh artisan pumpernickel

2 tbsp.

Radishes, julienned

1 tbsp.

Fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tbsp.

Goat cheese, crumbled (optional)

Directions

 

TO PREPARE THE TURKEY AVOCADO OPEN-FACED SANDWICH:

1. Evenly spread ⅓ cup of guacamole over each slice of bread.

2. Arrange 2 ½ ounces of sliced turkey over the guacamole on each slice.

3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of julienned radishes over each slice.

4. Sprinkle 1 ½ teaspoons of chopped cilantro over each slice.

5. If desired, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of crumbled goat cheese over each slice.

6. Plate and serve.
