New Mexico Turkey Burger

Ingredients

1 ea. Buttered brioche bun or cornmeal-dusted roll
2 tbsp. Chili-lime mayonnaise
1/4 cup Shredded lettuce
3 ea. Sliced red onion rings
1 ea. Cheddar turkey burger, cooked to order
2 tbsp. Guacamole
3 tbsp. Salsa

Directions

  1. Toast the bun to order.
  2. Spread 1 tbsp. chili-lime mayo on the bottom portion of the bun.
  3. Place the shredded lettuce on top of the mayo.
  4. Top the shredded lettuce with the slice of red onion.
  5. Place the cooked burger on the red onion.
  6. Top the turkey burger with guacamole.
  7. Spread 1 tbsp. chili-lime mayo on top bun, then place over the guacamole.
  8. Serve with salsa on the side.
