Marinated Onions


1 1/2-2 ea Red and sweet onions, sliced thin
3/4 cup Red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp Dry oregano Leaves
1/2 cup Italian parsley chopped
To taste Sea salt
To taste Black pepper
1 tsp Sugar
1/3 cup Olive oil


  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend well.
  2. Place into a storage container with lid.
  3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before using.
