
Spicy Peach Yogurt Spread
2 cups | Nonfat Greek yogurt |
15.5 oz. | Spicy hot peach jam |
To Prepare:
- Combine the ingredients and blend well.
- Refrigerate one hour before using.
Ingredients
2 slices | Gluten free bread | 3 tbsp. | Spicy Peach Yogurt Spread* |
3 oz. | Sliced Butterball turkey | ½ oz. | Shredded low fat cheese |
1 ea. | Lettuce leaf | 2 ea. | Sliced tomatoes |
Directions
- Spread 1 ½ tbsp. Spicy Peach Yogurt over each slice of bread.
- Arrange the sliced turkey on one of the slices of bread spread with yogurt.
- Top sliced turkey with cheese.
- On the other slice of bread that is spread with yogurt, arrange the lettuce leaf and sliced tomato, place over the cheese, cut in half and serve.
