Healthy Turkey Sandwich on Gluten Free Bread
Spicy Peach Yogurt Spread
||Nonfat Greek yogurt
||Spicy hot peach jam
- Combine the ingredients and blend well.
- Refrigerate one hour before using.
||Gluten free bread
||Spicy Peach Yogurt Spread*
||Sliced Butterball turkey
||Shredded low fat cheese
- Spread 1 ½ tbsp. Spicy Peach Yogurt over each slice of bread.
- Arrange the sliced turkey on one of the slices of bread spread with yogurt.
- Top sliced turkey with cheese.
- On the other slice of bread that is spread with yogurt, arrange the lettuce leaf and sliced tomato, place over the cheese, cut in half and serve.
