Healthy Turkey Sandwich on Gluten Free Bread

Spicy Peach Yogurt Spread

2 cups Nonfat Greek yogurt
15.5 oz. Spicy hot peach jam

To Prepare:

  1. Combine the ingredients and blend well.
  2. Refrigerate one hour before using.


2 slices Gluten free bread
3 tbsp. Spicy Peach Yogurt Spread*
3 oz. Sliced Butterball turkey
½ oz. Shredded low fat cheese
1 ea. Lettuce leaf
2 ea. Sliced tomatoes


  1. Spread 1 ½ tbsp. Spicy Peach Yogurt over each slice of bread.
  2. Arrange the sliced turkey on one of the slices of bread spread with yogurt.
  3. Top sliced turkey with cheese.
  4. On the other slice of bread that is spread with yogurt, arrange the lettuce leaf and sliced tomato, place over the cheese, cut in half and serve.
