Guacamole

Ingredients

3 ea.

Avocados

2 tbsp.

Lime juice

1 tsp.

Cholula Hot Sauce

3 ea.

Green onions, cleaned and sliced (white and 1/4 of the green portion)

1 ea.

Garlic clove, minced

To taste

Sea salt

1/4 cup

Greek yogurt

Directions

Cut the avocados in half, remove pits and scoop the pulp into a stainless steel bowl.

Coat the avocados with lime juice.

Combine all the remaining ingredients into the stainless steel bowl and mash together with a large fork. Blend well. Mixture should be lumpy.

Adjust the seasoning to taste.

Cover and refrigerate for one hour before serving.
