Prepare marinade by combining all ingredients in a stainless steel bowl. Blend well.
Brush marinade onto both sides of turkey filets.
Place turkey filets on a pre-heated charbroiler or flat grill.
- Cook turkey until golden brown.
- Turn and continue to cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Baste the turkey filets 2–3 times during cooking process.
Serve the turkey filets on a plate or platter with accompaniments (great with grilled vegetables).
