Egg & Red Pepper Hummus Sandwich Thin

Ingredients

1 ea. Sandwich thin
2 tbsp. Red pepper hummus
1 ea. Sliced tomato
2 ea. Fresh basil leaves
1 ea. Sliced hard-cooked egg
to taste Sea salt and black pepper
1 tsp. Extra virgin olive oil
1 ea. Crispy turkey bacon strip (cut in half)

Directions

  1. Toast the sandwich thin.
  2. Spread the red pepper hummus over the bottom portion of the sandwich thin.
  3. Place the sliced tomato over the hummus.
  4. Arrange basil leaves atop the tomato slices.
  5. Slice the egg using an egg slicer and arrange over the basil.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Arrange the turkey bacon half-slices on top.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil
  9. Set the crown of the sandwich thin over the bacon.
  10. Serve.
