Egg & Napa Spread Sandwich Thin


1 ea. Sandwich thin
2 tbsp. Napa Cream Cheese Spread*
1 ea. Sliced tomato
2 ea. Fresh basil leaves
1 ea. Sliced hard-cooked egg
to taste Sea salt and black pepper
1 tsp. Extra virgin olive oil
1 ea. Crispy turkey bacon strip (cut in half)

*Napa Cream Cheese

8 oz. Cream cheese
2 tbsp. Sundried tomatoes, small dice
2 tbsp. Kalamata olives, chopped fine
2 tbsp. Fresh basil, chopped fine
1/16 tsp. Sea salt
1/16 tsp. Fresh ground black pepper


  1. Toast the sandwich thin.
  2. Spread the Napa Cream Cheese over the bottom portion of the sandwich thin.
  3. Place the sliced tomato over the cream cheese.
  4. Slice the egg using an egg slicer and arrange over the tomato.
  5. Add basil leaves atop the egg slices.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Arrange the turkey bacon half-slices over the eggs.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil.
  9. Set the crown of the sandwich thin over the bacon.
  10. Serve.

*Napa Cream Cheese Spread

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and blend well with a mixer.
  2. Place into a storage container, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
