
Ingredients
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans | Great Northern beans, rinsed & drained |
1 (16 oz.) can | Garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained |
1 lb. | Sliced turkey medallions |
1 1/2 cups | Chicken broth |
3/4 cup | Chopped onions |
1 (4 oz.) can | Chopped mild green chilies, drained |
3 tbsp. | Canned jalapeño peppers |
1 1/2 tsp. | Chili powder |
1 1/2 tsp. | Ground cumin |
1 1/2 tsp. | Minced fresh garlic (OR 1/2 tsp. garlic powder) |
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat. Simmer, covered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve
TIP: Serve chili topped with shredded Cheddar or jalapeño Jack cheese.
