Granny Smith apple, cut in quarters, seeds removed

Directions
Combine oranges, apples, honey, chipotles in adobo, currant jelly, Thai sweet chili sauce and white balsamic vinegar into the bowl of a food processor. Blend with the knife blade. The mixture must be chunky.
Place the mixture into a stainless mixing bowl and blend in the pecans, craisins, raisins and cranberries with a rubber spatula.
Place into a storage container with a lid and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before using.
