1. Combine all the herbs and spices and blend well to create the blackened Cajun seasoning. Store in an airtight container.
2. In application, evenly coat the top of the turkey breast roast with the seasoning.
3. Roast the turkey breast according to the packaging cook time and to an internal temperature of 165°F.
4. Let it rest for approximately 15 minutes; slice and serve.
